He was predeceased by: his parents, William Miller and Elizabeth Miller (Chute); and his brother Carl. He is survived by: his wife Vi Miller (Banks); his children, Steven (Jon), Jeff, Lisa (John) and Gary (Mallory); his grandchildren, Jax, Charlotte, Kasey, Meghan and Tyler; and his siblings, Maureen (Darrin), Danny (Cindie), Stephen (Debbie), Ronnie and David (Anita). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
