Richard Eastman Foster Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 4, 2025, at the age of 86, Richard Eastman Foster of Grand Manan, New Brunswick passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Foster and Beatrice Foster (Joy); and his siblings, Kathleen "Kay" Deveau, William "Bill" Foster, Jean Weldon Ingersoll and Mary Foster.
He is survived by: his wife Claire Foster (Riopelle) of Ottawa, ON; his children, Fredrick "Rick" Foster (Therese) of New Albany, NS, Elaine Guptill (Ward) and Glenn Foster (Victoria); his grandchildren, Manon Mahar (Jim), Dawn Foster (Gerald) of Greenwood, NS, Monique Martin (Richard), Richard Foster of Halifax, NS, Carl Frost (Tatum), Katelynn Russell (Rubyn), Jerrica Foster and Gayla Guptill; and his brother Gordon "Tom" Foster (Gladys) of Bonnyville, AB. He is also survived by many great grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the St. Paul's Anglican Church (3 Ingalls Head Rd, Grand Manan, NB E5G3G2).
