We are sad to announce that on July 16, 2019, Leaf Worthen (Grand Manan, New Brunswick) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Leaf Worthen to pay them a last tribute.
He is survived by: his parents, Daniel Worthen and Kayo Ichikawa; his brother Tenji; his grandparents, Vichien Laoharletwatana, Kiyoko Ichikawa, Donna and Van Worthen; and his aunts, Megan Worthen, Jun Ichikawa and Mitsuyo Nakano. He is also survived by 3 cousins.
Donations may be made to the Village of Grand Manan Playground Fund or a charity of the donor's choice.
