He is survived by: his parent Doris McLaughlin (Wilcox); his sons, Brian McLaughlin (Catherine) of Saint John and Shayne McLaughlin; and his grandchildren, Nicholas Ling, Daniel, Dorothy and Sarah McLaughlin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
