He was predeceased by: his parent Leo Stanley; and his siblings, Jaunita Stanley and Lester Stanley. He is survived by: his parent Rachel Stanley (Foote); his wife Eva Stanley (Reynolds); his children, Jaunita Jean Stanley, Robin Stanley (Melissa) of Castalia and Shawn Stanley (Vanessa) of Hopewell Cape; and his siblings, Marion Mason (Tim) of Woodward, Shirley Collier of Hillsborough and Ivan Stanley of Castalia. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Francis's family has requested donations be made in his memory to The Grand Manan Hospital Foundation, The Grand Manan Nursing Home Foundation or to the donor's choice.
