He was predeceased by: his mother Bernadette (Laplante). He is survived by: his father Roger C. Ouellette; his children, Gabrielle (Daniel Michaud) of Grand Falls, Dominique (Tannis) of Siksika, Patrick of Grand Falls and Issa (Vincent Theriault) of Riviere-Verte; his grandchildren, Nick, Luke and Chevy Ouellette; his siblings, Marguerite (Paul Gosselin) of Quebec, Suzanne (James Cyr) of Saint-Andre, Florence, Lise of Quebec and René (Nisa Doucet) of St-Leonard-Parent; and also Roger C. Ouellette of Grand Falls. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
