He was predeceased by: his parents, Dollard Belanger and Alphena Belanger (Page); and his siblings, Dolores Belanger and Robert Belanger. He is survived by: his children, Roger (Nicole Gallant) of Drummond and Diane Belanger (Robert Pellerin) of Grand Falls; his grandchildren, Christianne Belanger (Matthias Schussele), Francois Belanger (Jenny MacDonald), Mathieu Pellerin (Victoria Decoste) and Sophie Pellerin (Eric Landry); his great grandchild Maci Pellerin; and his siblings, Marie Poitras (late Lorne) of Bathurst, Rina Bourgoin Theriault (late Leo) of Grand Falls, Martha Belanger of Massachusetts, Edward (Celine) and Debra Cyr (Lawrence) of Grand Falls. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
