He was predeceased by: his parents, Onil Michaud and Marguerite Michaud (Mazerolle). He is survived by: his uncle Frank; his aunt Rose Violette (Mazerolle); his close friend Louise Dufresne; his grandchildren, Noémie, Pier-Luc, Dominique, Danie and Charlie; his sister Jocelyne Gagnon (Leo); his nephews, Dave and Paul; and also, Eric (Ghislaine) and Vicki (Greg). He is also survived by uncle, aunts and cousins.
