She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy Ruest and Rita Ruest (Ouellette) of Siegas; her former husband Yvon Leclerc; her son Jean-Pierre Leclerc; and her sister Denise Ruest.

She is survived by: her husband Gilles; her sons, Dr. Paul Leclerc (Carole) of Grand Falls and Dr. André Leclerc (Audrée) of Beaumont; her grandchildren, Anabèle, Vincent, Maxime, Béatrice and Ève; her siblings, Nicole of Quebec, Jean-Marc (Donna Blanchette), Jean-Guy (Evelyne Roy) of Siegas and Denis (Jane Shaw) of Montreal; her stepchildren, Andrée Godbout (Erik Lang) of Bedford, NS and Martine Godbout (Marc LeBlanc) of Moncton; and her grandchildren, Frédérik, Jude, Alexandre and Mélodie. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
