He was predeceased by: his parents, Clément Roy and Marie-May Roy (Dubé); and his sisters, Montcalm, Alvina Martin, Eugénie Ringuette, Jeanne Ringuette, Alma Ringuette (Ernest), Laurette Ringuette, Rosalie Desjardins (William), Thérèse and Bellefleur (Gérald).
He is survived by: his children, Daniel (Brenda Drummond) of Red Deer, Michèle Roy and Marielle Blanchette (Guildo) of Grand Falls; his grandchildren, Brittany, Jordan, Christine, Caroline, KaCey and Teri; his great grandchildren, Blake and Jaxon; the mother of his children Noella Merritt (Winston); and his brothers, Roger Roy and Jacques Roy (Marie Therrien) of Rivière-Verte. He is also survived by nieces and, nephews.
Resting at O'Regan's Funeral Home, 515 Everard Daigle Blvd., Grand Falls with visiting hours on Saturday December 3rd from 9 to 10:30 a.m. A Liturgy of the Word Celebration will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, December 3rd at 10:30 a.m. For those who wish, donations to the New Brunswick Lung Association or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
