She was predeceased by: her husband Edward Yetman; her parents, Barton Turnbull and Rachel Turnbull (Penney); and her siblings, Louise Critch (Alec), Wilton Turnbull (Alvy), Henry Turnbull (Fanny), Mildred Curl (Clarence), John Turnbull (Annie), Alexander Turnbull (Ina) and Ralph Turnbull (Mary).

She is survived by: her daughter Phyllis Poitras (late Rene D.) of Grand Falls, NB; her grandchildren, Natalie Verge (Stephen), Shelley Poitras and David Poitras (Heidi); her great grandchildren, John, Julia Verge, Isla and Olivia Poitras; her sisters, Frances Burt (Stewart) of Charlottetown, Shirley Burden (Gilbert) and Betty Yetman (Hollis) of Goosebay; and her sisters-in-law, Lilian Yetman (Grant) and Betty Yetman (Phillip) of Ontario. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
