He is survived by: his wife Bonnie (Fitzherbert); his sons, Paul (Melissa) and Mike (Kate); his grandchildren, Emmett, Chelsea, Peyton, Jalen and Cali; his sisters, Brigitte LaForest (Mario) and Diane Colwell (Dave); his mother-in-law Dianna Fitzherbert; and his siblings-in-law, Cindy Blizzard (Dave) and Brad Fitzherbert (Debbie).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Lee's name to a charity of the donor's choice.
