We bid farewell to Jeannine Mulherin-Lavoie (Grand Falls, New Brunswick), born in Drummond, New Brunswick, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on September 11, 2024. Jeannine touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her former spouse Wifred "Sonny" Mulherin; her parents, Maxime St-Amand and Célina St-Amand (Deschênes); her grandson Corey Christensen; her siblings, Jacqueline Godbout (late Etienne) and Lucien St-Amand (Jeannine); her nephew Fred Roberge; and her niece Cindy St-Amand.
She is survived by: her husband Gildard; her children, Mark Mulherin (Micheline Caron) of Drummond, Tina Mulherin (David Christensen) of New Denmark and Amy Mulherin (Lee Beaulieu) of Grand Falls; her grandchildren, Kim (Pierre), Patrick, Tiffany (Jamie), Brittany, Courtney, Marissa, Alexa and Brayden; her great grandchild Jackson James; her siblings, Marie-Mai Burgess (Burton) of Lorraine, Claudette Roberge (late Gaëtan) of Grand Falls, Cécile Rossignol (Gérard) of Drummond and Gilles St-Amand (late Suzanne) of Drummond; her sister-in-law Jeannine St-Amand (late Lucien) of Edmundston; and also Gildard Lavoie. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 13th 2024 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Saturday, September 14th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the O'Regan's Funeral Home (515 Everard H Daigle Boul, Grand-Sault, NB E3Z 2R5). A prayer was held on Friday, September 13th 2024 at 8:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St-Georges Roman Catholic Church.
