He was predeceased by: his parents, André Côté and Mathilda Thériault; his wife Patricia; his son François; and his sister Laurette Côté-Bélanger (Antoine).
He is survived by: his children, Michel (Pierrette) of Grand Falls, Micheline (Danielle Bourdon) of Montreal and Françoise (Lauriel Bossé) of St-Jacques; his daughter-in-law Chantal Côté (late François); and his grandchildren, Annie, Jeremy and Jean-François Côté. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren, as well as nephews and nieces.
