He was predeceased by: his parents, Fernand and Arc Theriault (Laforest). He is survived by: his wife Jackie Theriault (Godreau); his children, Kim LeBlanc (Kevin) of Beresford and Keith (Nathalie) of Grand Falls; his grandchildren, Mindy, Miguel, Audrey Maude, Klaudie, Elodie and Gabrielle; his great grandchild Nathan; and his siblings, Daniel Theriault (Annette), Line (Valdor Michaud) and Suzanne (Ghislain Pelletier). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
