He was predeceased by: his parents, Denis St-Amand and Eugénie Marie St-Amand (Pelletier); and his siblings, Patricia Beaulieu, Shirley Kirouac, Isabelle Labonté and Marcel (Line) of Brantford, Ontario..

He is survived by: his wife Marie-Rose St-Amand (Beaulieu); his children, Clarence Jr. of Saint-André and Carole (Shawn Ouellette) of Grand Falls; his granddaughter Leanne Delorey; his godson Patrice Page; and his siblings, George St-Amand (Debby), Bobby (Tina) of Saint-Andre, Yvon of Quebec, Simon of Foyer Karine, Cecile of St-Nicholas, Edwina (Robert Rossignol) of Woodstock and Brenda St-Amand (Pierre Page) of Grand Falls. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
