It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Yvon Léger (Grand-Barachois, New Brunswick), born in Robichaud, New Brunswick, who passed away on April 4, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Napoléon Léger and Madeleine Léger (Landry); his wife Thérèse Léger (Boudreau); and his siblings, Léontien, Ida Léger, Gérard, Alphée (late Delphine), Rita Blanchard (late Francis), Albertine Gaudet (late Hervé), Alice Landry (François), Camille and Marie.
He is survived by: his sons, Norbert Léger (Diana Langis) and Guy Léger; his sister Yvonne Maillet (late Norman) of Cornwall, ON; his sister-in-law Alma Léger of Shediac; his grandchildren, Nadine Doiron (Luc), Daniel Léger and Paul (Cézanne Porelle); and his great grandchildren, Ryan Doiron and Céline Doiron.
In memory of Yvon, a contribution to the CHU Dumont Foundation (palliative care unit) and or to the St-Henri de Barachois Cemetery, 1356 Route 133, Grand-Barachois, NB E4P 8G7 would be appreciated.
