It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Verna May Melanson (Gagetown, New Brunswick), born in Musgrave Harbour, Newfoundland, who passed away on October 23, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Abbott and Marguerite Abbott. She is survived by: her husband Ronald "Ray" Melanson of Gagetown, NB.; her son Jeffrey (Marie); her grandchildren, Jordan and Sydney; her sister Marlene Perego; and her nephew Steve.

For those who wish, donations in Verna's memory can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or Hospice House in Fredericton.
