She was predeceased by: her spouse Cyril Frederick Barton; her parent Duncan Foss; her daughter Elizabeth Ann; her siblings, Judson Foss, Cecelia Foss, Zelda Burgoyne, Mabel Carr and Frances Foss; and her siblings-in-law, Ray Burgoyne, Mervin King and Florence Foss.
She is survived by: her parent Wealthy Foss (Foster); her daughter Brenda Charlton (Stephen); her grandchildren, Laura Charlton and Kyle Charlton (Erica); her siblings, Chester Foss and Ethel King; her siblings-in-law, Berlyn Carr and Dorothy Foss; her nephew Stephen Carr; and also Her. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations in Dora's memory be made to the Church of St. John and St. Stephen Home, the SPCA, or to a charity of the donor's choice.
