He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Scott and Eva Scott (Murphy); his wife Sheila Elizabeth Scott (Callaghan); and his son John Donald Scott. He is survived by: his children, Bob Scott of Fredericton, Barry Scott (Pam) of Edmonton, AB and Cathy Aker (Brian) of Arthur, ON; his grandchildren, Ritchie, Niki, Mel, Kevin, Jessa, Rebecca, Matt, Kaely, Melissa, Lauren, David, Kirsten, Cameron and Devon; and his great grandchildren, Noah, Karissa, Luc, Grace and Evelyn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
