She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Carter and Mathilda Carter (Lizotte); her siblings, Mary Carter and Ronald Carter; and her sister-in-law Wendy Hill-Carter.
She is survived by: her husband Leonard Gervais; her sons, Joshua Gervais and Nolan Gervais (Hailey Guest); her granddaughter Lydia; and her brothers, Donald Carter (Bertha), Roy Carter, Adam Carter (Edwina) and James Carter (Renee). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
