He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Gibson and Laura Gibson (Davis); his wife Floris (Hunter); his son Michael; and his siblings, Clarence, Kenneth, Melvin (Wimp), Ross, Stafford, Nellie, Lorena, Phyllis, Marguerite and Eileen.
He is survived by: his children, Karen Agnew (David) and Darren Gibson of Fredericton; his grandsons, James Agnew (Tiffany) of Quispamsis and Stephen Agnew (Bridget McAleenan); his great grandchildren, Molly and Phoebe of Bayside, NB.; and his close friend Hazel Norrad. He is also survived by brothers and sisters-in-law as well as many nieces and nephews.
Family would appreciate that those who are able wear masks.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to a charity of the donor's choice.
