She was predeceased by: her parents, Irvine Lewis and Muriel Lewis; her significant other Daniel "Danny" Locke; and her siblings, Erva Steeves, Shirley Lewis, Peter Lewis and Judith Campbell.

She is survived by: her daughter Heather Locke; her siblings-in-law, Eddie Locke (Gwen) and Linda Nixon (Shirley); her nieces and nephews, Penny Sue Linders (Rick), Cora Lee Pelletier, Marnie Daigle, Karen Nixon, Timothy Steeves (Gail), Jonathan Steeves (Ann), Richard Steeves (Sheri), Jason Nixon (Trina) and Troy Nixon; and her friends, Shirley Estabrooks, Patricia Earl, Charlotte Sheppard and Verna Shaw.

Memorial donations to Thora's family to assist with expenses would be greatly appreciated.
