He was predeceased by: his wife Pearl Johnston (Bell); his parents, John Johnston and Gertrude Johnston; and his sister Lillian Fox. He is survived by: his children, Ronald Johnston (Carolyn) and Betty Johnston of Fredericton, NB; and his sister Alice Haines of Fredericton, NB. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
