He was predeceased by: his wife Elsie Mather (Young); his parents, Redver Mather and Beatrice Mather; and his sister Pat Lockwood. He is survived by: his sons, Bruce Mather (Heather Brander) of Fredericton, NB and Scott Mather (Heather) of Kemptville, ON; his grandchildren, Matthew and Madison; his sister Holly Dobson; and also, Lisa Mather, Sydney, Mackenzie, Keaton, Aaron and Ashley.
