He was predeceased by: his parents, Spafford Mills and Ethel Mills (Ritchie); and his brother Ellery. He is survived by: his wife Lucille; his children, Sylvia Reid (Darren), Perrin Mills, Ann Kitching (Steven), Leslie Mills (Jacquee) and Sarah Callaghan (Paul); his grandchildren, Chloe, Sephora (Nigel), Kyoko, Assiah, Simone, Jacob, Brynn (Griffon), Nate, Nick, Sophia and Zoe; his great grandchildren, Milah and Wyatt; his sister Laura Frankland (late Merritt); his sister-in-law Sylvia Colpitts (late Lawrence); his nephews, Kevin (Melissa) and Reed (April); and his children, Elder, Deacon and Missionary Alliance Church.
