She is survived by: her husband Rick Perley; her children, Amy Polchies (Clint), Edward Polchies (Lindsay), Ricky Polchies (Erika), Taylor Polchies and Kolby Polchies; her grandchildren, Caleb, Nicholas, Elizabeth, Olivia, Brooklyn, Faith, Gabriel, Mason and Desmond; her siblings, Laurie Paul (Dick), Connie Polchies (Wayne) and Susan Polchies; her brother-in-law Ron Poirier; and her godchildren, William Paul, Molly Johnson and Jenny.
