Shirley Murphy Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Murphy of Fredericton, New Brunswick, born in Amherst, Nova Scotia, who passed away on July 12, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Wayne Nightingale; her parents, Doris Murphy and Roy Murphy; and her brother Tom Murphy. She is survived by: her siblings, Isabel Murphy, Alleen Parsons (Dave), Sandra Smith, Eleanor Murdoch (Darrell), Pat Murphy (Annie), Karen Murphy, David Murphy (Donna Wong), Janet Murphy (Sandy Malcolm) and Rob Murphy (Sandra); her sister-in-law Tess Hooks; her friend Norma VanWart; and her pet Ebony. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews, and beloved friends.

Due to social distancing restrictions attendance at the service will be by RSVP.
