She is survived by: her husband Richard; her son Matthew (Tia); her grandsons, Karsen and Kohen; and her siblings, Ricky Perley (Shelley), Wendy Boies (Royce), Gregory Perley (Sandra) and Jody Perley (Lois). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
