It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Shelley Marie (Munro) Williams (Fredericton, New Brunswick), who passed away on February 14, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Sheldon Munro; her grandparents, Margaret (Helen), Donald Munro, Laura and Freeland Duncan; her parents-in-law, Dorothy (Dodie) and Arthur Williams (Art); her uncles, Carl Cruikshank, Lewis Dillman, Charles Munro (Teddy) and Lloyd Munro; and her brother-in-law Dale Durling.
She is survived by: her mother Janet Munro (Duncan); her husband James; her daughter Sarah (Nathan Gorey); her sister Tammy (Matthew Ward); her siblings-in-law, Donna (Lewis Golden), Gale (Steven Golding), Vicky (Raymond Mott), Kathy (Bob McLaughlin), Janie (Galen Golden) and Tom Williams; her aunt Athalia Cruikshank (Teddy); and her pet Dolly. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bishop's Funeral Home & Crematorium (540 Woodstock Rd, Fredericton, NB E3B2J3). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Brunswick Street Baptist Church (161 York St, Fredericton, NB E3B3N8).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Stan Cassidy Center for Rehabilitation, the Chalmers Foundation Cancer Support Program, or other charity of choice.
