She was predeceased by: her parents, Clinton Lyons and Dorothy Lyons (West); and her siblings, Helen, Eric and Richard.

She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Smith; and her children, Glendon of Hanwell, NB, Shelia Thrupp (Doug) of St. Thomas On, Rhonda McCarty (Paul) of Woodstock, NB and Weldon Smith (Stephanie) of Dawson Creek, BC.. She is also survived by her six grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and cousins.
