It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Waneta Palmer (Fredericton, New Brunswick), who passed away on November 15, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William Boulter and Greta Boulter of Stanley, NB.; her boyfriend Clarence McDougall; her son Bill Byrne (Heather) of Sherwood Park, AB; her grandchildren, William J. II Byrne (Kristen), Shannon Hayden (Chase) and Steven Byrne (Vivian); and her great grandchildren, William J. III, Charlie and Mason. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to the New Brunswick Heart and Stroke Foundation.
