It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Royal MacDonald of Fredericton, New Brunswick, who passed away on June 24, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, George MacDonald and Leola MacDonald (Sutherland); his brother Gilbert Blythe; and his parents-in-law, Lorne and Annie Underhill (Touchie).

He is survived by: his wife Mary (Underhill); his daughters, Lisa Graham (Andy) and Krista MacDonald (Gilles Volpé); his grandchildren, Drew Graham (Jamie McNeil), Maggie Francis (Greg MacDonald), Olivia Gee (Garett), Grace Graham and Sam Volpé; his great grandchild Arthur Gee; his siblings, Effie Kennedy, Doris Coughlan (Roy) and Jack MacDonald (Verna); and his sister-in-law Doris Jardine. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, cousins and beloved friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Hospice House, Saint Paul's United Church, or the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation of Canada.
