He was predeceased by: his father Douglas Hildebrand; and his father-in-law Bruce Wishart of Fredericton. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Wishart; his daughter Emily Hildebrand; his mother Irene Hildebrand; his mother-in-law Edna Wishart; his brothers, Fred Hildebrand (Debbie), Steven Hildebrand (Theresa) of Dieppe, NB, David Wishart (Jill) and Paul Wishart (Lori); and his nieces and nephews, Erin Murray Maggie (Halifax), Kate Hildebrand (Moncton), Owen Wishart (Hyeji), Ian Wishart (Christine) and Andrew Wishart (Kayla). He is also survived by relatives and friends.
Ronnie was passionate about hockey and also supported the Tabusintac Nursing Home as such, charitable donations may be made the Brendon Oreto Foundation (which helps kids in need achieve hockey dreams;.
