He was predeceased by: his mother Betty Gillespie (Urquhart); and his siblings, Lynnwood and Colleen. He is survived by: his father Robert Gillespie; his close friend Barb; his son Zackary Bishop (Christina) of Fredericton; and his sisters, Rosetta Gillespie of Bartholemew, Jennie Gillespie of Blissfield, Valerie Stoner of Missouri and Crystal Gillespie of Blackville.
