He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Flowers and Christie Flowers (Reid); his siblings, George, Guy, Gerald and Ada; and his sister-in-law Jean.
He is survived by: his wife Cathy Flowers (Kitchen); his daughters, Tracy Flowers (Toby) and Belinda Sangster (Tim); his grandsons, Colton Sangster (Heather), Alex Ladds and Carter Ladds; his siblings, Roy (Elaine), Rod (Esther), Joe (Barb), Elsie Cabral (George) and Mary-Ann Banks (Rick); and his sister-in-law Heather. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
