He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Yeo and Elizabeth Yeo (MacDonald); his daughter Ellen Yeo; and his siblings, Fred, Walter, Cecil, Ernest Yeo and Ida MoorCraft.

He is survived by: his wife Noreen Yeo (Haines); his sons, Robert Yeo (Wendy) of Rusagonis and Garnet Yeo (Annette) of Rusagonis; his sister Pearl Seaboyer of Burtts Corner; his grandchildren, Jennifer Yeo, Scott Yeo, Ashley Yeo and Joshua Yeo; and his great grandchildren, Steven Yeo, Gavin Yeo, Ayden DeMerchant, Drew DeMerchant, Monica Yeo, Rihanna Yeo and Kendra DeMerchant. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
