It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Garnet Hoyt of Fredericton, New Brunswick, who passed away on November 30, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Gertrude Hoyt (Gosman); his parents, Percy Hoyt and Sarah Hoyt (Francis); his sons, Robert and Derrick; and his sister Cheryl.

He is survived by: his children, Debra Hoyt of Miramichi, NB, Kelvin Hoyt (Andrea Miller) of Fredericton, NB and Lee Hoyt of Fredericton, NB; his siblings, Phil Hoyt of Toronto, ON, Nancy Claybourn of Fredericton, NB and Shirley Hoyt of Fredericton, NB; his grandchildren, Jared, Tanisha, Nicholas, Thomas, Peyton, Jaida and Raven; and his great grandchild Ella. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
