He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Arbeau and Beulah Arbeau (Estey); his sister Donna Carhart (Estey); and his stepbrother Roger Estey. He is survived by: his wife Jill Rogers; his children, Josh (Andrea) of Burton, Ricky Jr (Brittany) of Lincoln and Brittany (Denise) of Fredericton; his stepchildren, Kristen Cando of Edmonton and Michael Cando of Miramichi City; his siblings, Donald (Colleen) of London, ON, Peggy (Ronnie) of Fredericton, Derrick Estey (Brandy) of Boiestown, Carl Estey (Gail), Jeffrey Estey and Rodney Estey (Penny) of Penniac; and his grandchildren, Tyler Arbeau, Annabelle, Andriauna Arbeau and Daxton Arbeau.

In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to Hospice Fredericton or the Saint John Regional Hospital - Radiation Unit.
