It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Bradley Essensa (Fredericton, New Brunswick), who passed away on December 18, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Essensa and Eileen Essensa (Gass); his parents-in-law, Daniel and Florence Hayward (McCoy); and his brothers-in-law, Gerald Hayward and Russell Hayward.
He is survived by: his wife Leah Essensa (Hayward); his children, Lindsay (Kyle Price) and Dylan; his granddaughter Hayden; his siblings, Gwen Essensa, Karen Schaus (Claus), Cindy MacLean (Bradley), Sheri Piercy (Jack) and David Essensa (Barb); his sister-in-law Hilda Hayward (late Russell); his nieces and nephews, David, Jeremy Essensa, Krysta, Brandon Schaus, Ashley, Brett MacLean, Jeffrey Piercy (Kristen), Afton Curtis (Jon) and Robert Hayward (Danielle); his great-niece McKinley Piercy; and his great-nephews, Brady Piercy and Pierce Curtis.
