He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Hazlett and Phyllis Hazlett (Wharton); his sisters, Shirley Riley (Raymond), Sharon Carrier (Leon) and Judy Hallett (John); and his brother-in-law Eric Campbell.
He is survived by: his siblings, Elizabeth Nason (Byrnard) of British Columbia, Kimberley Campbell of Hartland, NB and Richard Hazlett (Brenda) of Royal Road, NB. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
