He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Green and Janice Green (Cooke). He is survived by: his wife Carly; his children, Alyssa, Chantalle, Samantha, Dawson and Phoebe Davis; his parents-in-law, Shawn and Jerry MacDonald; his siblings, Fabian (Linda), Kyle (Crista), Connie (Joe), Daphne (Jess Downton), George (Bev), Chesley (Wendy), Char (Jennifer) and Delany (Sue); and his pet Buddy. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
