He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Gorman and Lillian Gorman (Evans); his sons, Troy Gorman and Jason Gorman; his siblings, Beatrice Pineo, Ellen Hossack, Bessie Dorcas, Gladys Painter, Faye Pineo, Lois Gorman, Thomas Gorman and Dave Gorman; and his sister-in-law Fannie Gorman.

He is survived by: his daughter Jane Gorman-Murdoch (Robert) of Fredericton, NB; and his brother Jack Gorman of Fredericton, NB. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
