With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Patricia Ellen (Hickey) Dickeson (Fredericton, New Brunswick), born in Boiestown, New Brunswick, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 16, 2024. As we bid Patricia Ellen farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Patricia Ellen is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her daughter Linda Pauline Dickeson; her parents, Lawrence Hickey and Laurena Hickey (Gibson); and her siblings, Mac, Robert and Laura Anne.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Dickeson, Kate Arnold (Tony), Mike Dickeson (Brianna) and Candace Sacobie; and the father of her children Ernest Dickeson (Helen). She is also survived by her 10 grandchildren, 3 great granddaughters and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, mom would have appreciated donations made to the Canadian Cancer Society in memory of Linda.
