He is survived by: his sons, Keith and Mark (Barbara); and his siblings, Marlene and Lawrence. He is also survived by many friends and extended family.

Survived by sons, Keith and Mark, spouse Barbara (Smart), sister Marlene, brother Lawrence, and many friends and extended family all of whom showed tremendous caring and support to Neil and his family despite the limitations of COVID-19.
