She was predeceased by: her parents, John Spence and Helen Lavinia Dunlap; her husband Stanley George; and her children, John Stanley and Samantha Renée George-Hayes.

She is survived by: her children, Mike (Debra), Tony (Lori), Sinikka Hurley (Richard), Paulette Craig and Cara Crawford; her grandchildren, Connor, Bradley (Diana), Jordan, Austin, Emily, Shelby, Matthew, Kaz, Alyssa, Andrew, Tasha (Jeff) and Alex (Ashley); her great grandchildren, Maddie, Tay, Bryson, Kayden, Mia, Elsie and Riya; and her friend Anita.
