He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander Bailey and Doris Bailey (Fletcher); and his niece Lynn Munroe. He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Bailey (Craigs); his sister Elizabeth Bailey of Montreal, QC; and his nieces, Kimberley Munroe Wong (Danny) and Shelley Munroe Weber (Ken).

Covid restrictions will be in place for the service.
