She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Walsh and Ruth Walsh (Young); her former husbands, Gordon Sharpe and Joe Peacock; and her siblings, Ellen Quann, Verna Walsh, Charles, William, Byron and Glen Walsh.

She is survived by: her children, Janet MacKenzie (Lloyd) of Murray Corner, NB, David Sharpe (Kathy) of Saint John, NB, Jeffrey Sharpe (Julie) of Fredericton, NB and Patricia Peacock Briggs (Robin) of Fredericton, NB.; her grandchildren, Jennifer Barisitz, Jerri McCallum, Lana MacKenzie, Amanda Cooney, Beth Sharpe, Andrew Sharpe, Claire Sharpe, Spencer Briggs and Ross Briggs; her great grandchildren, Jacob, Joshua, Sarah, Rowan, Lilith, Freyja, Harvey and Darcie; her siblings, Florence Allen of Baie Verte, NB and David Walsh (Sharon) of Miramichi; and her sisters-in-law, Mae Walsh (late Byron) of Miramichi and Roberta Walsh (late Glen) of Miramichi. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Donations may be made in Mildred's memory to First United Church, Murray Corner, or Trinity United Church Port Elgin.
