She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret Fougere (Doiron) and Charles Fougere; her husband Basil Armstrong; her brothers, Leo (Infant), Linus (Infant), John (Infant), Charles, Raymond and Clement; and her siblings-in-law, Clifford Wheadon, Edward Whalley and Agnes Mulroney.
She is survived by: her children, Charles Armstrong (Elise) of Embrun, ON, Clarence Armstrong of Fredericton, NB and Catherine Armstrong of Fredericton, NB; her grandchildren, Camille Armstrong (Nick) of Ottawa, Jean-Luc Armstrong, Kingston and Mathieu Armstrong of Ottawa; her sisters, Helen Wheadon of Dartmouth and Joan Whalley of Maple Ridge, BC; and her sisters-in-law, Olla Fougere of Truro and Della Fougere of Truro. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
