She was predeceased by: her parents, Phyllis Rogers and William Rogers; her brother Gerald Rogers; and her granddaughter Lindsey Thompson. She is survived by: her husband Earlin Phillips of Fredericton, NB; and her children, Diane Thompson (Brian), Elizabeth Wilbur (Stephen) and Eric Phillips (Krista).

Donations to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation can be made in Mary Ann's memory.
